Remember that each time you click on one of these following member's pages, you are helping to send another MIA banner out to be displayed on another web page somewhere across the globe. The average "click-to-ad" ratio is 2 to 1 ( 2 clicks = 1 banner ad) Use your browser's "reload" button to register a second "click" on each site and you've just sent out another banner. That makes the ratio one-to-one ( 1 visitor + 1 extra click equals one banner displayed !! ) When you decide to join this program and have finished your POW/MIA page, be sure to submit the member application so that I can activate your site in the ring and list your page on the member roster. Don't forget to grab the "Proud member of Operation Black Flag" and the new "Silver Service Award" graphics on the home page for this project.

Also, if you do not wish to join OBF, please DO NOT display the "Silver Service Award" on your site! You EARN this award only by joining Operation Black Flag. A few Silver Service Awards have been found on pages that appear to have absolutely nothing to do with this project. These awards are given for this project ONLY. If you don't want to earn it - Don't Take it.
